两协会2025年度工作成果丰硕 社团凝聚力持续增强

在喜庆祥和的节日氛围中，由新奥华人社团联合会与奥克兰西区华人协会联合举办的“新奥·西奥 · 庆圣诞 · 迎新年 · 联欢年会”于12月30日圆满举行。两协会理事、骨干成员及广大会员欢聚一堂，在温馨欢乐的气氛中，共庆圣诞佳节，共迎崭新一年。湖南同乡会会长陈畅及理事代表也参加了本次活动，并发表祝贺致辞，共同见证这一充满温情与喜悦的时刻。
年会上，会长朱仁德对2025年度工作进行了系统而全面的总结。他表示，过去一年，在全体理事、各项活动负责人、指导老师以及广大会员的通力协作和积极参与下，两个协会始终坚持服务华人社区、传承中华文化、促进交流融合的宗旨，成功举办了一系列具有广泛影响力和持续品牌效应的重要活动：
—— 6月1日成功举办“新中同庆端午·阖家同乐日”活动，以中华传统文化为纽带，进一步增强社区凝聚力；
—— 10月5日举办“新中同庆·中秋团圆”活动，营造出团圆祥和、温暖感人的社区文化氛围；
—— 11月30日举办第三届“新中美食文化节”大型活动，以美食为桥梁，促进中新文化交流与社区互动；
—— 12月30日成功举办“庆圣诞·迎新年联欢年会”，为全年工作画上了圆满句号。
本次联欢年会节目形式多样、内容丰富，文艺表演、互动游戏和幸运抽奖精彩纷呈，现场掌声与笑声此起彼伏，气氛热烈而温馨。活动不仅进一步增进了会员之间的情感联系，也显著提升了协会内部的凝聚力与向心力。

展望未来，两个协会将继续携手同行，持续开展更多有温度、有品质、有影响力的社区文化活动，为推动新西兰华人社区发展与多元文化交流贡献更大力量。
2025第三届新中美食文化节在奥克兰隆重举办
2025年11月30日，第三届“新中美食文化节”在奥克兰 Corban Estate Art Centre 隆重举行。活动由新西兰新奥华人社团联合会、奥克兰西区华人协会与 Corban 庄园艺术中心联合主办，吸引政界人士、多族裔社区代表及各界民众广泛参与。文化节以“交流·互鉴·共融”为主题，设有巡游表演、文艺演出、美食市集和文化体验等活动，集中展示中、新及多元族裔文化魅力。活动获得多家媒体关注与政府、基金机构支持，成为推动新中民间交流和多元文化融合的重要平台。

2025年第三届“新西兰中华美食文化节”将于2025年11月30日隆重举行。本届中华美食文化节将在过去二届中华美食文化节的基础上得到进一步完善和创新，不仅要弘扬中华美食暨文化，更要促进中华饮食文化在新西兰的推广。使之成为新西兰本土独居特色及文化魅力的大众文化交融的盛会，本届中华美食文化节将汇集包的更丰富的美食以及更具特色的文化演出。同时通过本次活动官网及近20家媒体的广泛宣传报道，必将使本地的美食及文化界的朋友们有更好的机会展现各自的特色美食及精彩的文化表演并获得长久的品牌效应。基于二届新西兰美食文化节所产生的巨大影响力，今年的活动将汇集更丰富的各类美食佳肴，以及更精彩的文化演出，因而将更进一步的吸引各族大众积极前来参与。在此我们诚挚的邀请所有美食及文化界的朋友们积极参与本次活动与并热忱的欢迎各族裔的朋友们届时举家前来品尝各色美食，欣赏各类特色文化表演，共享家庭娱乐，共度美好的节日！

美食文化节现场直击：分享中华美食，展示多元文化
周日（11月17日），第二届"新西兰中华美食文化节"在奥克兰西区Henderson的Corban Estate Arts Center举办。
飘香的各色美食，吸引了来自奥克兰各处的数百人前来品尝。
热闹的舞龙、舞狮为文化节拉开了序幕，各种舞蹈、歌唱和乐器表演，也让现场变得热闹、喜庆。
台湾的烤肠、西安的肉夹馍、广东的烧腊、天津的煎饼果子、南京的盐水鸭、炸鸡排、烤鱿鱼、油条、龙须酥、芋泥饼、鸡蛋仔、糖葫芦……来自各地的美食不胜枚举。

"这些东西对于……当地华人、当地的年轻华人来说也特别重要，我们不希望他们遗失自己的文化。"

A mouth-watering Auckland food festival that also offers an introduction to Chinese culture
Hundreds flocked to the New Zealand Chinese Food and Culture Festival in the West Auckland suburb of Henderson on Sunday.
A lively dragon dance kicked off proceedings at the Corban Estate Arts Center, followed by a wide range of dancing, singing and musical performances.
The festival showcased a wide selection of culinary Asian delicacies, including grilled sausages from Taiwan, Chinese burgers from Xi'an, barbecued pork from Guangdong, pancakes from Tianjin, salted duck from Nanjing, fried chicken steak, grilled squid, fried dough sticks, dragon beard desserts, taro cakes, egg waffles and candied hawthorn.

"We started this festival because we want to spread traditional Chinese culture and share Chinese food and culture with (New Zealand) society, as well as contribute to this country's rich culture," Zhu said.
Mike Dawson, president of the New Zealand-China Friendship Society's Auckland branch, made his second trip to the festival after enjoying last year's inaugural event.
Dawson said Chinese food was among the best in the world, adding that the festival provided different ethnic groups an opportunity to enhance mutual understanding between each other.
Chinese people often sat around a large table of food when eating, which contrasted to Western custom, he said.
"It showed me the collective or togetherness side of Chinese culture," he said. "It's very important. Lots of cultures like ours could do with that kind of togetherness and connectivity.
"These things are very important for the Chinese community as well, especially young Chinese. We don't want them to lose their culture."

The 2nd "New Zealand Chinese Food & Culture Festival" will be held on November 17, 2024. This Chinese Food & Culture Festival (CFCF) will be further improved and innovated on the basis of the first Chinese Food & Culture Festival last year. It will not only promote Chinese food and culture, but also promote the promotion of Chinese food & culture in New Zealand.
